You may cancel your rental order, subject to the following cancellation fees and policies:

• Cancellation 30 or more days in advance of the delivery date: No cancellation fee; full refund* issued to the payment card used for the order. Deposit will be fully refunded.


• Cancellation less than 30 days but more than 14 days in advance of the delivery date: Please contact customer service at hello@marigold.rent. No refund issued, but you will receive a full credit* for the rental fee associated with the canceled order in the form of a gift card. This credit can be redeemed for a future MARIGOLD.RENT rental within two years from the date of cancellation. Deposit will be fully refunded to the original payment method.


• Cancellation within 14 days of the delivery date: No refund or credit will be provided. Deposit will be fully refunded to the original payment method.

*Minus the credit card processing fee of 3% of the total order amount.
